More Than a Dinner
Sunset Wine & Dine is an evening designed to show you a different side of Chania — combining local culture, exceptional food and wine, and one of the city's most beautiful hidden sunset spots.
We'll wander through the quieter streets of the Old Town, sharing stories and discovering the details that make Chania unique, before settling into one of the city's most atmospheric restaurants for a carefully prepared four-course dinner paired with exceptional Greek wines.
And when dinner is over, the evening isn't. We'll leave the busy harbor behind and make our way to a sunset spot loved by locals but rarely discovered by visitors — before ending the night the Cretan way, with something sweet and a glass of raki.

Full Itinerary
Your Sunset Wine & Dine experience begins at Kydon Hotel, where we'll set off on foot to discover Chania as the city slowly transitions from day into evening.
We'll leave the busiest streets behind and wander through the quieter lanes of the Old Town, exploring hidden corners and talking about the people, traditions and events that have shaped Crete into the island you see today.
Along the way, you'll begin to notice details that are easy to miss on your own — the earthy colors of Chania's buildings, traces of the city's different cultural influences, and the small clues from the past that remain part of everyday life. We'll talk about local culture, how the city has changed over time, and what life in Chania is really like today.
Then it's time for one of the highlights of the evening: dinner in one of Chania's most atmospheric settings.
We'll sit down for a carefully prepared four-course dinner, from appetizer and salad to the main course and dessert. Each course is paired with selected Greek wines, presented by a professional sommelier who will guide us through the pairings and the stories behind them — finishing with a dessert wine to accompany the final course.
But dinner isn't the end of the evening.
As sunset approaches, we'll make our way through the Old Town towards one of our favorite viewpoints — a peaceful spot away from the crowds, known mostly to locals. From here, we'll watch the sun disappear over Chania and the sea as the city begins to light up below us.
Afterwards, we'll continue our evening with a stop for gelato, before finishing the experience with a glass of Cretan raki.
More than dinner and more than a walking tour, this is an evening of food, wine, conversation and discovery — and a chance to experience Chania the way we would share it with visiting friends.
